Collection of cells for Kinase Phosphorylation

1.            Place cells on ice

2.            Wash 2X with ice cold PBS

3.            Add 150µl of Laemmli sample buffer to each well

4.            Scrape the cells and transfer them to an eppendorf tube

5.            Sonicate the cells for 30 seconds

6.            Heat 5 minutes at 100°C

7.            Store at -80°C or continue on to gel
